LATE POLICY: Please be on time to your appointment. We have a strict 7 minute on the table grace period. If it is 7 minutes passed your appointment time and you are not on the table, we will not have enough time to complete your service. Your appointment will be rescheduled. If your apointment is continued, you will be charged a late fee of $5 for every 5minutes after appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS: All appointments changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Last- minute cancellations and reschedules will incur a 20% fee. Please give yourself enough time to reach your appointment on time. Traffic can be unpredictable and not an excuse for tardiness.
