LATE POLICY: Please be on time to your appointment. We have a strict 7 minute on the table grace period. If it is 7 minutes passed your appointment time and you are not on the table, we will not have enough time to complete your service. Your appointment will be rescheduled.
CANCELLATIONS: All appointments changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Last- minute cancellations and reschedules will incur a 20% fee. Please give yourself enough time to reach your appointment on time. Traffic can be unpredictable and not an excuse for tardiness.
